Falcon Aviation Academy Newnan, Georgia:<BR /><div>Retains the ultimate authority for the conduct of all flight training conducted under FAR parts 141 and 61 at Falcon Aviation Academy. </div><div></div><div>·Update Training Course Outlines as needed and add new TCO’s as necessary. <br />·Manage and oversee Assistant Chief Instructor selection, training, and development.<br />·Insure Instructor qualifications are met including conducting initial and annual instructor assessment.<br />·Establish flight school policy and operational procedures<br />·Ensure ground and flight training is being conducted to the high standards of Falcon Aviation through Stage Checks, EOC’s, and Checkride pass rate. <br />·Assignment of Instructor duties </div><div>·Work with Safety Manager to ensure the safety concerns are addressed and corrected in a timely manner. <br />·Ensuring that appropriate maintenance records are maintained.<br />·FAA primary point of contact with regards to all flight operation and instruction issues.<br />·Develops relationships with FAA POI/ PMI<br />·Development of all direct reports. <br />·All other duties assigned or appointed by President/CEO.<br /> </div>
