Chicago FSDO for CFI?

I know a couple of people that were doing their training out of DPA that got their CFI at some place in Iowa, I'm pretty sure it was in Cedar Rapids, ill try and find the name of it, DPApilot might know what it is.

Probably Livingston Aviation, I know they do a lot of instructor ratings

*And when I say they got their CFI there, I mean that they did their checkride through the school.
