QUALIFYING TIME:

1500 Total Time
300 MEL
100 Instrument


TRAINING AGREEMENT

$10,000 Training Cost Paid by Chautauqua. New hire pilots with less than 2500TT (fixed wing) will be required to sign a two-year commitment/agreement.


CURRENT CREW BASES

Indianapolis, IN; Philadelphia, PA; St. Louis, MO; Columbus, OH; Boston, MA; Richmond, VA; New York’s Laguardia and Orlando, FL beginning December 2002.

All pilots receive a guarantee of 75 flight hours per month.

My friend who just got his ATP last month got called in for an interview at the end of this month. He only meets the min requirements and nothning else! Talk about being lucky-WOW
 
Yeah seriously .. talk about being lucky. For the rest of us who may be junior pilots and not at the regional requirement yet well All I can say is that we will get there. All is takes is Desire and Determination.

It seems when one regional stops hiring, another one picks up. Unfortunately, the competition is cut-throat lately and the wages for the lowly pilot continue to fall as the regionals try to cut costs (not prices mind you). So we may all have regional jobs that will build hours, but also entitle you to food stamps and lots of cheese.
