Phoenix Air Group, Inc. Cartersville, Georgia:<BR /><p>Coordinate routings and scheduling of flights with various clients. This process typically begins with the client requesting a price quote which can lead to a confirmation. </p> <p><strong>Current open shift:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>The schedule will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and Monday 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM. </li> <li>Times can fluctuate from Week to week or Month to month depending on our needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <p><strong>General Customer Service:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Office duties to include answering phones and emails in a professional manner </li> <li>Quoting domestic and international trips for executive, air ambulance and cargo trips including HAZMAT </li> <li>Knowledge of aircraft types, features, and limitations</li> <li>Knowledgeable of Federal Aviation Regulations for part 135 and 91 operations</li> <li>Monitor the pilot schedules and flight schedules to keep up to date on availability for clients</li> </ul> <p><strong>Aircraft trip coordinating:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review and create briefs for seamless pass down between shifts</li> <li>Coordinating trip logistics that include but are not limited to: aircraft routing, customs, catering, permitting, fuel, handling, FBO notifications </li> <li>Flight following trips and providing movement and logistics updates to client</li> <li>Follow checklists for trips and update trips as needed paying close attention to detail </li> <li>Maintain communication between departments for trip awareness and needs. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist travel coordinator during peak times or on off shift times (nights and weekends) for hotels and transportation needs</li> <li>Assign Satellite phones and trip folders to pilots prior to departure</li> <li>Perform other related duties assigned by manager</li> </ul> <p><strong>SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <p><strong>Skills required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Airline Operations, Crew Scheduling/Ground Operations, Charter (minimum of 1 year of either or a combination) </li> <li>High School diploma or equivalent </li> <li>Computer literacy, Microsoft products preferred </li> <li>Ability to read, write and understand English</li> <li>Must be able to make time dependent logistical decisions</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure is required.</li> <li>Skills in observing situations analytically, responding objectively, and logically</li> </ul> <p><strong>Relevant skills preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of aviation acronyms and terms</li> <li>Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations </li> <li>Previous experience in APACS</li> <li>Secret Clearance - if you do not possess, must be eligible. </li> <li>Customer service experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Talk and/or hear constantly throughout the day</li> <li>Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and/or crouching as needed </li> <li>Use fingers and hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms as needed</li> <li>Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed </li> <li>Vision abilities required to include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus throughout the day.</li> </ul> <p class="Default">Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
