Alright guys, some of you know the deal from reading my blog.
I lost my initial instructor that I have been working with (through to the 23 hours or whatever it is I have to this point). Out of the blue, he was hired by the state to do some forest fire lookout flying / training for their aircrews. My problem is, I never managed to get a written sign off from him before he left, so now I'm left with 1) finding a new instructor, and 2) getting the written sign off from him/her.
What is it you guys look for from a student before you sign them off? I've gone through the Gleim book 3 or 4 times already, and have consistently made 90-95's on sporty's study buddy. I honestly don't plan on taking it until I can manage to get 100's consistently, but if I don't manage to do that within the next few weeks I'm just going to go and take it and pass it without worrying about nailing it 100%.
Thanks guys
