We are looking for instructors at W96. I am currently working here, but will be leaving in Nov to take a job with a fractional. This has been a great place to work and from what I have experienced and heard from other CFIs, the QOL and respect as a real employee is way above average. You'll do more than just fly here, but you will be compensated for your time. The school is growing quickly and you'll have plenty of students when you start. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

Here is the official job posting my boss wrote up:

Hi I am an instructor in the Richmond area. I have been an instructor for a few years in Richmond now and I have been instructing between KOFP and KFCI. I hardly have any students and I have all ratings CFI, CFII and MEI with ATP. I am not neccessarily time building at this point as I am in no hurry to go back to a regional anytime soon (to many furloughs) so perhaps I will look into this, thanks.
