Summary: AVIATION TRAINING UNLIMITED is the fastest growing aviation training facility in the nation. ATU specializes in assisting serious individuals to make a positive and profitable transition to professional aviation. ATU provides aviation education and training for ALL flight certifications through the ATP. ATU enables its students to actively participate in professional aviation activities from day one! ATU is the only aviation training facility in the nation to champion and closely follow a formally stated philosophy of teaching and training. ATU makes available four potential sources of income to its professional students and arranges their programs in such a manner that over half of all expenses incurred constitute a legitimate tax deduction. Students can choose from one of seven professional career paths. INSTRUCTORS must exhibit a strong, professional commitment to both flight education and training. Instructors will be expected to play an active role in student promotion, recruitment, and development. Instructors will further function to insure the consistency of the school's training methods as well as actively strive to maintain an effective harmony between classroom and training environments. In addition, instructor candidates will be required to undergo two weeks (i.e., 10 days) of indoctrination training to become certified in our teaching and training methods. The re- certification process will also involve 5 hours of flight work. Instructors are required to pay the costs involved in re- certification. Instructors must also be prepared to perform active public speaking roles as well as direct the counseling and training of individual students. Instructors can expect earn from $30 - $45,000.00 depending upon their flexibility and willingness to learn. Instructors will receive 100% of all training income. Instructor profit sharing is also available.
Qualifications: Instructors must minimally possess the CFI, CFII, and AGI Certificates; have logged a minimum of 500 total flight hours; and have given a minimum of 100 hours of instruction.
