CFI Program Length

My vote is Riverside! the airspace in Southern California is just as busy if not busier than PHX plus youll have more oppertunity to train in actual. There are also tons of really cool airports to fly to.
 
I went to JAX, loved JAX, training was great there... was a lot of fun. Get reading up on your seminole supplement!
