Air Adventures Miami, Florida:<BR /><strong>Seeking (1) full-time and (1) part-time CFI for South Florida Seaplane Tours & Training </strong><br /><ul><li>Great time-builder! Average 60-90 flight hours per month (between two pilots). Minimum 2 hours of flying guaranteed every day!</li><li>Flat-day rate, plus tips - negotiable based on flight time & experience. Average $25k for part-timer, $45k for full-timer. </li><li>Management opportunity for right candidate</li></ul> <strong>Minimum Flight Experience</strong><br /><ul><li>500 hours total PIC</li><li>50 hours seaplane (employer will pay for seaplane rating and additional hours needed)</li><li>FAA second class medical certificate</li><li>CFI</li></ul><br /><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities</strong><br /><ul><li>Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all piloting, operational processes, and procedures</li><li>Punctual, organized and clean appearance</li><li>Must have good people skills and friendly "tour guide" personality</li><li>Conduct thorough pre-flight of aircraft, checking that the engine, controls, and instruments are functioning properly</li><li>Answer company phone calls, give information regarding flights, and input passenger information into online booking system</li><li>Greet and escort passengers to aircraft </li><li>Accept cash/credit card payment from passengers</li><li>Safely load and unload aircraft</li><li>Operate flights according to local, state, federal, and company regulations to ensure flight safety</li><li>Knowledge of Class-B airspace operations</li><li>Clear and frequent radio communications in un-controlled airspace </li><li>Able to handle in-flight emergencies with calm and correct actions</li><li>Single pilot operation - must be self-sufficient and able to manage normal day-to-day operations by taking phone calls, managing online bookings, loading/unloading passengers, marketing, etc.</li><li>Maintain accurate pilot log for each flight</li><li>Safely fuel aircraft</li><li>Wash aircraft daily </li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><div></div><div><strong>Please submit resume, cover, and breakdown of hours to soarthecity@gmail.com.
