How would one apply at a University Flight program? Would one be best to send a resume to Human Resources or to send it to the Chief Flight Instructor?

I sent mine to the Chief Instructor...and got the job. Unless the HR has an aviation background they don't have an idea what they are looking at.

how was it teaching at a university? do you see any differences from that and just GA instruction?
