CFI Job characteristics?

What characteristics do you look for when hunting for a CFI job?

A place that offers multiengine planes? Charter?
Basic flight school?

I currently work at a FBO that is 141 with 2 172'2, 1 150' PA28-151 and an PA28-180.

Wondering if relocating to a school that has a 150, 4 172's, and a 182 would even be worth it? Seems like the prime CFI job is a) a good amount of students b) sound foundation c) multi engine opportunity / charter
 
I would expect at least 75 flight hours/month. If they had a twin that would be icing on the cake. I am currently getting about 80-100 flight hours/month and it's not even summer yet. Once you have over 1200 TT then you can start worrying about multi time and go elsewhere if need be to get it.

80-100 hrs/month in RI?

Did you find your own students or are they supplied?
 
Yes they are supplied. We are a part 141 school and they seem to all flock to us. Perhaps because we are the only 141 school in RI. I was worried the weather would prevent a lot of flights but that hasn't been a problem yet.
