Does pretty much everyone buy CFI insurance? I've been told that as long as you accurately and completely log all your dual given, that's pretty good protection from liability. I'll never be instructing in my own airplane, as I don't own one, but I will possibly be giving dual in other peoples' personal airplanes (i.e. not through a flight school). I'm also planning on contracting through a couple of flight schools instead of being an actual employee. At least one of the schools requires insurance, so I'm tempted to just get the bare minimum.
So, what do all you experienced CFIs do?
