CFI in LA area?

I am thinking about getting my ratings (up to CFII/MEI at ATP?) and was wondering what is the chance of getting a part time gig (I have a real job to pay the bills) as a CFI around LA? I would have around 400TT with some Multi.

Any part time flying jobs after CFIIing? Ferrying? Cargo? I can't move and I can't devote full time (yet)....

Any hints would be appreciated. Thanks.

Military obligations? Job obligations? Family obligations? I would think that you could find a job somewhere in SOCAL, depending on how far you're willing to commute. There are like 16,000 airports out there.

Dude, what IS that in your avatar? Looks like those freaky things from the Quiznos commercials that give me nightmares......

Try Long Beach Flying Club! I hear they allow free land instructing but with the recent crashed they've had, that might have changed! But, you never know!
