You mean Shennanigans?!?!
Moving to KC in the next 4-6 weeks and will be living 10-15 minutes from KMCI. Any input on CFI or any other flying gigs around KC would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

ATD Flight systems based at KMKC is always looking for CFI's. That or KCAC is at KOJC but that would be a bit further of a drive. If you have part 135 ifr mins. then Baron Aviation Services is hiring a couple of guys right now out of MKC.

If you get any scoop on KCAC and thier flight program, let me know. That's an old client of mine (on thier FBO and Maintenance side) and I always enjoyed talking with the folks there via phone, but never met them in person. I'm always suprised with the operation that they appear to have that their flight program is not more well known. But then, I know maintenance is where they rock-n-roll when it comes to business operations.

I may send them my info in the future. So any info you gather on their flight school would be great if you pass it along.

PS 0- I believe Kiz is still there in HR. She's probably the person to talk to. She's been there awhile and is a great person.

I have a friend at KCAC that is a CFI and they also put him in the Pilatus when trips arise. No complaints from him. Very nice aircraft as well.

Hey guys, just wanted to bump this thread as it was first posted awhile ago. As of Aug. 1st my family and I will be all moved to KC. Just looking for any new leads that may have come up. Any help is greatly appreciated and I will be looking into the above mentioned leads. Thanks again for the previous responses and any new ones to come!

two years back I got my private license at KCAC and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Instructor was great..he moved on now. Owner/staff were all great. Aircraft were in great condition. I don't know about pay for CFI's or anything, but its at a nice airport and looks to have a good staff. It is a bit of a smaller school, had like 7 planes when I was there, and im not really sure one way or the other how busy they are, but I thought it was a great program.
