Centers that have sent interview/PEPC invites?

If you've received an invite for a center from Jan panels, please post here and say which center and when you got the email!

Could someone also please post a copy of the e-mail they received?
Some of the emails seem to have some forms attached.

I'm still waiting to hear.

I received an email that stated:

"You have been identified for an interview for an enroute air traffic
controller position in Longmont, CO. A representative of the Air Traffic
Organization who is responsible for the interview process will contact you
to schedule an interview or to invite you to attend one of our
Pre-employment Processing Centers."

Not sure when we should expect to hear anything about the PEPC. The rest of the email was just about a couple forms to fill out and other items to send in depending on college/military experience. You have 14 days to send the attached forms in.

The entire email was posted in either the PUBNAT3 or the 3&4 combined thread.

I forgot to add, I received the email this morning at 11:54 EST

Just an FYI, because I remember this...

Different people in Pubnat2 received different e-mails, from different people, at different times. Some were HR reps, some were due to speaking with NATCA, and the way they were sent out had no rhyme or reason.

Some had attached or requested forms, others didn't. It wasn't until the PEPC invites that we all received a synchronized mailing.

Some e-mails have gone out. I recieved one today.

It's not the PEPC invite style, rather the "identified for an interview"- where they don't tell you the facility.

I'm rooting for you Honu.

I would kill (anyone from the FAA watching im using "kill" in a non harmful sense ;)) to get one of those emails, just anything so I can see the FAA still knows I am here.

zz :(

The next step in the process is for you to decide if you would like to
accept or decline this offer and, if you accept, which procedure you
would like to use to complete your pre-employment processing. You will
be receiving correspondence from several different offices. Please
respond to all correspondence/emails/telephone messages. You must
respond to this inquiry in order to be scheduled for an interview. Your
options are:

1. Pre-Employment Processing Centers (PEPCs). This is an expedited
method of processing that includes your interview, security screening,
medical evaluation, psychological evaluation and drug test. All of
these activities are completed in one day (approximately 7 hours from
the time you arrive). If you choose to attend a PEPC, please be advised
that all travel costs incurred will be at your own expense.

2. “Traditional” Non-PEPC Process. This process begins with you being
scheduled for an interview at an FAA facility location close to where
you live. If you have successfully completed your interview and are
recommended, the Aviation Careers Division will provide you with the
information required to schedule the remaining pre-employment processing
steps.

We have scheduled PEPCs for the weeks of:
1. February 23, 2009 in New York, NY,
2. March 23, 2009 in Chicago, IL, and
3. April 20 in Los Angeles, CA.

All enroute candidates will be processed on Monday and Tuesday of those
weeks. We will be processing approximately 50 candidates per day;
therefore we may not be able to accommodate everyone at this time.

What you need to do today or not later than the close of business on
Friday, February 13, 2009, is respond to this email with the following
information:

1. Decide if you would like to accept or decline this offer. If you
decide to decline the ATCS position being offered, let us know. This
decision must be in writing. Your declination will be forwarded to the
appropriate offices.

2. Review your contact information provided above (name, address, phone
numbers, email address) and provide any corrections or updates. If you
have not updated your information in ASAP, you need to do so in addition
to providing corrections to us for the interview process.

3. If you would like to attend one of the PEPCs identified above,
provide the PEPC, day and date preference: Monday or Tuesday, 1st and
2nd choices.

We will acknowledge your response by return email. If you choose one of
the PEPCs identified previously, we will confirm your reservation in
that email. Another message will follow from our PEPC coordinator with
your appointment time and additional information you will need, forms to
complete, etc.

We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible and definitely
by Friday, February 13, 2009. Remember: The earlier you respond to
this message, the better your opportunity will be for attending the PEPC
of your choice.

Please let us know if we can be of any assistance.

Honu, why don't you want people to know what facility you are going to? Just curious, you don't have to answer.
