Caution Laser Light Activity?

I was looking at some sectional charts online because well I had nothing better to do but anyways, I was on http://skyvector.com/ and under Orlando TAC and a box shows saying Caution Laser Light Activity See airport/facility director.

What would this mean, it looks like the box is over Seaworld area, would the warning be for the light show Seaworld has?

Since it's likely those reading this will already have skyvector on their browser.... There's a laser warning on the New York sectional for an area 10nm NW of KIZG. Any guesses as to what it is?

I see the warning ocassionally in NOTAMS as well.

The more mysterious one is the warning for the laser activity in the vicinity of KCEU which is Clemson, SC.
