I'm just starting to really get into all this stuff myself and at times it feels like information overload, lol. Which school, which state, how much, how old, education prior to beginning, etc..etc..

So, let me just do the math here. You cant get a commercial lisence until age 18 and you will have lets say 300 hours. SO, your friend went from 300 hours to 1200 hours whixh is what ommuter airlines want you to have in one year? WOW. he flew his butt off
