It really is. The only saving grace is the cool places we get to fly it to and the fact that it's fun because of how simple it is.

That's an excellent description.

It's a great plane to do in-aircraft training in. Extremely tough and very forgiving; about the most honest airplane out there as long as you respect it's (very few) limitations. It's an excellent first 135/turbine airplane for ladies and gents coming from instructing.

Plus you can really have some fun in it when need be - it's an incredibly capable airplane.
