Just looking at some places to shoot APP w/ the students and stumbled across this APP. Tried to get it today but Potomac wouldn't give it to me cause they were landing 33. Check it out.

I must be missing it here, but I would much rather just get vectors to final then mess around with an arc.
I have just never liked them, they always seem to be more work than necessary to get somewhere.
Someone show me the way of the arc.
* Unless of course I can just put in the FMS and fly it that way

lol I actually practiced this same exact approach in an FTD a few months back. The missed app is great for teaching SA.Just looking at some places to shoot APP w/ the students and stumbled across this APP. That's ironic. I just shot that approach two days ago in the sim. It's pretty neat.
