Can't access the site right now

For whatever reason, every now and then I can't access the site from school. In In the past, I thought the site was down but I'd go back and see there were posts during that time. Currently, I can not access the site. The only way I'm making this post is via a proxy. Any ideas?

Can you email the admin and ask him why?

The odd thing is this only happens every now and then. Like 98% of the time I have no issues.

George Mason University. They have two SSIDs: MasonResNet and GMU. I'm currently on the ResNet SSID and having no problems.

I used to have the same issue. I remember 2 or 3 times that I couldn't access JC for days on end, but 98% of the time it was fine also.
