Can you use the Canal Tips with a Telex 5x5?

I'm looking for a more comfortable earpiece for my telex and someone suggested the Clarity Aloft Canal Tips. Has anybody tried this? They're only like $25 for a bunch, but I don't want to get them if they won't attach properly to the tubing. Any suggestion's would be appreciated, thanks.

I got a custom mold for each ear. They work great. I think mine were $70 something a piece, and I have had them for almost a decade.
