It's also better to be out of shape apparently. The blood can't traverse the body as well. Obviously fighter pilots are in pristine shape and can still over come g's.

Not only is she an older woman (your words not mine ), she's a children's book illustrator for chrissakes! And, she took 7Gs without passing out. Unlike other VIPs in these kinds of videos, she looks like she paid attention to the pre-flight brief about tolerating Gs.

yeah, that's her! She took 7 Gs and said "thank you sir may I have another"!
