Heck,they've landed a C130 herc and U2 (No, not the music group) on a carrier. What would be the big deal with a C152? You could just about hover it over the deck at carrier speed.

They used to bring the Vigilante and the F-8 aboard. A -152? It should be a chipshot.

I wonder if a C-17 could do it, I've seen videos of them making some pretty quick landings and takeoffs.

Chart landing ground roll for one of our P-3s is 1100 with hard wheel braking and a 30 knot headwind. So easily.

Im sure you could use the catapult to get off the deck, not sure if it would rip the nose gear off, but I would assume so, not to mention the speed off the deck would prob rip the wings off. May be able to do it in a extra 300.

PS. Who hasen't landed the 172 on the deck in MSFS next to san fran?
