Calling all Dispatchers. Pilots might be able to help too.

When I asked about ASA starting pay a few weeks ago I was told about a document that has pay scales for most carriers. I did wind up finding it and it's a neat tool but it's years out of date. So I'm calling for everyone to help. I'm creating a new document of pay to help us in the future when we are looking for advancement in the industry.

Unfortunately, I've noticed over the past 3 months during job searching. These coorporations don't even have the decency to post starting pay. IMO, I think not showing at least starting pay should be illegal. What I'm looking for is payscale for as many years you know. You can either post here or if you don't feel comfortable doing that. Then you could just shoot me a PM and I'll put the info in the spreadsheet.

To any Pilots on the forum that may see this: If you know any Dispatchers personally at your carrier that might not be a JCer. If you would be so kind as to find out from them their pay scale that would be great.

Thanks for any help and hopefully this will be finished up quickly and not get dragged out. So far I have starting pay for 6 Regionals and 1 Major. But only starting pay, not the full scale. As soon as it's done I would be more than happy to post it here or send it to individuals that request it for their job hunting.

Are there actual pay scales, or do they adjust pay based on experience & current job environment? Is dispatching typically a union or non-union position?

Re: Calling all Dispatchers. Pilots might be able to help to

I would like to think a lot of companies. All the Majors. Probably half of the Regionals are with a Union. A good chunk of Dispatchers should be under pay scale. Not all... I know there are a few companies that are not. But again, I'm pretty certain most are.
