What is the FAA definition of "calendar year" with regards to part 135 1400 hour flight time limitation in any calendar year? Can't find a specific FAA definition, just legal one Jan 1-Dec 31. Wanted to confirm that the clock starts over or not. Thanks.

AFAIK no FAA-specific definition. Just plain old English. Jan 1 - Dec 31.

That is how I understand it. Calendar year is Jan 1 to Dec 31 and then resets. In 121 if it says last 12 months then it is a rolling 12 months
