I have never liked milk and never drank much of it, but I sometimes force myself to drink it, but there is no way I'm even close to getting 25% of the recommended daily dosage of calcium. Are there any supplements you know of that are a good other source of calcium? Any prescription things I can take or what not to take? (I just dont want some medication to inflict with my med cert)

I'm in college and I drink:
-lots of water
-Pop
-more water, and more pop again.

I just feel so unhealthy...... i've done this way for probably 10 years now and so far I've Dislocated all of these things:
Left ankle
Right ankle (if I remember right on that one)
Both knee's, I've litteraly collapsed to the floor several times just standing around
Right arm while weight lifting
My hips make popping noises a lot
I dunno if this has anything to do with it but I've had trigger finger and I needed cortizone shot, and I also had Carpal tunnel in my wrist...

The list goes on and on... and I'm only 20 years old! Obviously drinking orange juice and stuff would be good, but I need something where I can just take a pill in the morning and not have to worry about drinking XX glasses of whatever substance daily... I know they have those "By women, For women" calcium tablets....... but I'm male lol!

Magnesium, calcium, and zinc vitamins.

Yeah, I'm going to have to say that this topic really doesn't fit into the aeromedical/flight physical type of discussion. There are plenty of calcium (and other) supplements out there that won't even come close to being involved in affecting your flight status.

Thanks for your understanding.
