CA rest and meal break for crews

I’m convinced you argue just to argue.

Shouldn’t leave these to state, instead, *checks notes* the FAA. You know, the federal branch that includes all 50 states that spells out duty and rest regulations already for airlines throughout the country operating in all US states.

My rest is spelled under FAR 117. There is nothing about leaving the premise for a break in 4 hrs, or a 30 minute meal break every 5 hrs. It’s kinda hard to leave a plane midflight, but hey, I encourage you to try and see how that works out.

Also, don’t delude yourself. We all know where FAs take their duty work break. Mostly in the aft galley, sitting in the JS where they eat, read a book, or browse an iPad or iPhone. Just take a midflight Lav break and see for yourself. What we have done for decades.
