Building Time in a 182 in NH

I have access to a 1973 C182P (really nice) with WAAS GPS based in Nashua, NH. I currently rent it for 80/hr wet. Ball park wet rate usually comes out to $135 after an hour flight. That is about the price of a Skyhawk in Nashua these days. I am looking for people who would be interested insafety pilot flights, or anyone that would like to get a HP Endorsement at a reasonable cost.

Just to clarify its $80/hr dry, not wet. Not sure how I screwed that up, but 80 dry, equates to roughly 135 wet.
