So I'm sitting here babysitting the forums and I just had the realization that I'm in Florida.

Ant here, ant there, fast ants, slow ants.

Only the finest... *sigh*
 
I'm just watching them race around.

Yeah! Perhaps I can run an office pool or something...

I thought the subject was refering to bugs in the forum software, so I was expecting like a bunch of garbage characters in the posts, screwed up avatars, or something like that...

Hey Doug, you have the same travel alarm clock I used when I was still flying! I learned the hard way to never, ever trust hotel alarm clocks or wake-up calls.

Never EVER EVER EVER trust hotel alarm clocks.

I set my sound machine, my indiglo, the hotel clock and my watch. I'm way too paranoid about missing pickup.

Oh man, the building where Sierra Academy is, is basically a big glorified ant hill with a flight school in it. Leave some food sitting out and within 5 minutes you'll see a very thick organized highway of ant traffic. Sometimes resembles the Bay bridge toll plaza during rush hour.

I always wondered why ants travel in lines like that. I mean, we do it in our cars, but we only have so much pavement to drive on. Ants have all the room they want. Why not spread out and ease the congestion?

Yes! Good breakfast too. Some old lady who waits tables there walked out and bragged about her 'double pass' toast method. I wanted so bad to say "You're reTAAAHded!"

I spend the entire leg telling the captain that room 575 never has hot water and the heater rarely works.

Low and behold, they issued him room 575!

"Well, ya'll either gonnna hafta gimme 'nother room or ya'll going to have to call me a cab cuz I ain't stayin' here!"

I always unplugged my hotel phones. The rest of the crew knew where I was, and it prevented the unwanted drunken wrong numbers at 3am.

hey thats my native language. but I have a feeling thats not Maine. The accent aint as bad in New Hampshah as it is in Maine. mmm lobstah. any way you look at it "you can't get theah from heah"

I've always wondered why "Worchester" is pronounced "Wi-STAH" and "Manchester" isn't pronounced "Man-STAH"
