A bit long but interesting. There is a fair amount of competition to see who gets out first and everyone remembers who was last. Note too the spoilers ONLY (no ailerons) to combat the vortices created by the early rollers. In the tanker it was not uncommon to be using full throw to full throw on roll control to keep the blue side up.

Don't know what a squadron is now but it used to be 16-18 airplanes.
