Budget Woes Leave Army Aviation Few Options

Old thoughts on military installations:

1) VA, TN/KY, AL, GA, TX, NC, SC, LA -- all have a larger military installations. The federal gov'ment will NOT let the South rise again.
2) If the land is cheap, there has to be a post/base there.
3) Gotta have love bugs! (ref#2)
 
Politicians need to start asking themselves, whats the cost of failure? As stated in this thread already, it would be a damn shame if in the next 2-5 years we find ourselves in another conflict and we don't have the capacity to run smooth ops.
