I didn't get much info from the US site.
And I couldn't understand the language on the UK site, they really need a graphic translator for the UK site!

that site has nothing about working for them as a pilot (at least I couldn't find anything)
I've always wanted to fly for them too.

They changed it. It used to be you had to be a UK citizen, now you only have to be entitled to work in the EU without time restriction. You have to have JAA/CAA licenses (I'm assuming one or the other), other then that it looks pretty accessible to the American pilot. Their cadet program is currently not accepting applications, only direct entry. Too bad they don't still fly the Concorde.

Firstly I have to ask why would you want to live in England - IT IS HORRIBLE!
To fulfil those dreams, you first have to get the right to live and work in the EU. If you were poor from Africa, you could just fly there and they will accept you, give you a house, and enough money to fly half of your poor village out, but being from the US you will have to go through a lot of paperwork. The trick that works a gem for the US; get a girl pregnant, and her father will make you marry her does not work in the EU.
Secondly you have to get your licenses in the UK - that is $100,000+ then you have to be a successful applicant.
