I wonder what will happen with this class with the dispatchers at breeze voting to unionize.

probably nothing, them unionizing doesn't really change the fact that the company needs more dispatchers

I do not. However I do have multiple years of additional experience in airline operations and airport ops.

Just want to verify, is the payrate still what is reflected on the sheets as I think I heard a payraise is immenent or is already in place. Does not make a whole lot of sense for me personally if the rate has not changed and COL is that high. is there anybody at Breeze here and could give some insight?

I don’t know who said a pay raise is imminent, but they probably don’t understand how it works. They just got a union voted in and still have to go through a CBA. Those who have been through the process know it can take a while. Years in some cases.
