I wish my company had held out for a 900XP. I wouldn't have to explain to them that just because the 850XP brochure says it has a range of 2600 NM doesn't actually mean you can always fly it 2600 NM.

Are you going to put stripes on it?

I'm sure somebody will put some stripes on it...... it's not "mine". I doubt I will ever get to fly one -- that's just the one that Hawker Beech had available for us to do a preflight on.

Let's see if these pictures show up bigger......

for some reason I just hate that cockpit and those funky yokes, just feels so awkward idk...otherwise nice looking airplane though

You get used to it...very quickly. I can rest my forearms on my legs and fly with my thumb and forefinger. You'll even find yourself with your hands in the ram horn position when describing your mad flying skillz.

I like the fact that it looks a lot like the 30 year old 700 I fly. The yokes, HP/LP fuel cocks and rudder gust lock and overhead panel look pretty much the same.

It pretty much is. The 750, 850XP and 900XP no longer have standby inverters, and only have two stall channels, both electronic. They also have airborne APUs (shrouded in the aft bay)

how much is that worth?
those FMS screens look big man !

You can pick up a brand new 900XP for around 12 million right now. A year ago they were about 14-15. Our 850XP was 13 eight months ago.

If you know of a brand new 900XP for 12M let me know..... I have a buyer!!! You can't get one from the factory that cheap -- they are back into the 14 to 15 range depending on options.
