Max Structural Payload isn't restricted to the lower deck, so there may be some additional kinematic or point-load restrictions, but according to the 767 Airplane Characteristics for Airport Planning document:
767-200 Max Structural Payload is around 30-33 tonnes in 86.9 m³.
767-200ER Max Structural Payload is around 32.5 tonnes, also in 86.9 m³.
