What is the cut-off for systolic and diastolic? Latest reading 143/75.

Are we required to keep the originals of all original reports/blood tests for the Class 1 medical exam? I've misplaced my originals but have scanned copies. Would I have to go on a fruitless hunt for the originals?

Can the flight doctor/FAA/AME contact my doctor and freely discuss my health issues with him?

Also, with crews from non-US countries operating long-haul flights into America on non-FAA licences (eg. Tokyo to New York), are they required to submit anything to the FAA and undergo the FAA medical exam per FAA requirements?

I do not have any pilot licence or medical yet, plan on starting with PPL and then CPL when and if I have more dough.

1) S.T.Aviator is correct but it should be below 135/85 for your health.
2) No, you are not required to keep copies but it is crazy not ot do so when dealing with the government.
3) Not without your written consent.
4) No, they are licensed in their country of origin and the FAA recognizes their medical from that country.

What happens if a medical is denied if someone has for example 120/95? Is there a way to fix this to get it back below 95 and then retest? If so, how long after first denial would you have to wait to try again?

Luckily I don't have this problem. I was just curious as to what happens if one gets a medical denied for an issue that could be treated enough to pass the exam later on. Thanks for the info doc.
