She's dumb enough to be on Fox. To bad she doesn't have the looks.

Yet Fox is consistently the most popular news source on cable news. Makes one wonder. Either the world is full of idiots (It is), or maybe there aren't as many liberals out there, they are just the (very loud) vocal "minority" and most people out there are conservative leaning and prefer Fox News for their reliable fact based news.

We've seen time and time again that the liberal media welcomes idiots like this with open arms to be mouth pieces. I think she would be very well suited for CNN and MSNBC, about as useful as what they have reporting now.

I am only responding here to the suggestion that Fox News is full of idiots. I repeatedly see this quote by our fellow forum members yet the "facts" don't lie. Fox News is consistently the most popular cable news channel and has been at the top of the ratings list for years. I happen to be one of those idiots who prefers the Fox News flavor of news and find it very inciteful and reliable. Where as CNN and the like repeatedly fail to preform even the most basic fact checks regularly.

Nope no politics just the facts. And the politics were started with @fholbert 's post two pages back.

By the way you get fired again for No showing again?

Um what do you mean again?? I was let go yes, but no idea where you get the "again" from... Never been fired before and never just no showed a day in my professional career.

There was a lot more to the story than just not showing up, but go ahead and just blurt that out again on this public forum without the use of your filter. Thanks

"Buh buh buh he started it!"

One post, not even necessarily directed at you, and you immediately launch into the character attacks. Sounds like a real snowflake move.

Right? Who the frack sends a death threat over something like this, no one. She just felt threatened becuase people called her out on her BS and she wanted protection from her own stupidity.

You'd be surprised. Women especially get rape and death threats based on posts or tweets all the time. Ever play Call of Duty and have to listen to a 13 year old who's testicals haven't dropped yet rant, make racist remarks they probably don't even know what mean and curse? It's like that but in every other communications medium too.

Are you attempting to equate popularity and reliability?

You are entitled to your opinion. But you are not entitled to your own facts.

Fox has taken a beating in the polls recently. Several staff being fired and the softballs it throws Trump amid all the scandals have really hurt Fox.

Recent polls show Fox is #2 for cable news channels behind CNN. Lower if the big three networks are added. Fox is lower again if we're talking just prime time viewers.

Were really comparing apples and oranges however. Few stations lean conservative so naturally numbers bunch up at Fox.

Yeah, I've been on the receiving end of that too. I eventually stopped playing online as a result of those 13 year olds who claim they are better than me with actual real world experience trading insults with little ballistic pieces of metal. The sad part is they were.....at least at playing COD. In this case I think those threats were completely fabricated. In point of fact, there is a story just this moment on (Trigger Warning) Fox News of a woman convicted of fabricating rape multipule times, one which sent a falsely accused man to jail. http://www.foxnews.com/world/2017/0...or-making-up-sexual-assault-rape-stories.html

No but I find Fox News to be more reliable and fact based and I am only pointing out that the majority of people agree with me based on reported popularity. Whether Fox is reliable or fact based or not. It seems the majority of cable news watchers believe Fox News more than anyone else. That is my only reason for the comment. I see a lot of people attempt to discredit Fox News here. Yet they are the most watched.

Which is what CNN is, but I somehow doubt your attitude would be the same if we were talking about people that just watched CNN all day, which is probably about on par with the level of intelligence of people that get all of their news from Fox. Just opposite ends of the spectrum.

You also say no... and then turn around and do exactly what you said you weren't doing.

Based on what? What other sources are you using to validate Fox News?

Source? Fox News, White House press briefings, POTUS (including his Tweets) don't count.

Ah yes, there are those "alternative facts" we keep hearing about. My sources say otherwise. http://www.adweek.com/tvnewser/category/ratings

I like how one remark made in jest is met with a 3 paragraph rant that devolves into a political debate. And I thought I was tightly wound.

Well that's because some of us live in a world of facts not sound bites and very poorly hidden within a joke agendas. Sometimes for the slower recipients here it takes a more verbose communication to communicate a point. And even then it goes over their head and under their feet. ;)

Meh, suit yourself, but personally I would think having to be right all the time on the internet would be pretty exhausting. You're always going to encounter people saying things that either make you mad or you think are wrong.

Source? The source I posted says Fox is consistently beating MSNBC.

Foxes highest rating shows are Fox and Friends and Hannity. They are popular because of talking head opinion shows, not for news. Just like MSNBC's top rated show is Rachel Maddow. Another talking head. Channels that primarily just report news don't feed people's confirmation bias and so they don't watch.
