That Felix the Cat decal is just the squadron emblem of the jet's squadron, VF-31, the TomCatters.

Found some ordnance! At least, I think so. Could be external fuel tanks. Not sure. No bomb decals...MikeD?

The first one is a B61 shape. Second one is a Mk20 Rockeye CBU. Third one is a CBU-52/58. Can't make out the fourth.
