Which is hilarious and sad because a walk through any given terminal with a major airline hub, you'll see that the vast majority of DL/UA/etc pilots walking around are old white guys. Funny how guys act like it's Black Panther Airways or something.I was actually told by one CA I flew with the reason I was hired with as low to the published mins (4140 total / 4,000), being the youngest in class, and no TPIC, was because I wasn't white. Said it in a "no offense, but you know it's true" kinda way.

The first paragraph is too general; akin to conversley saying "ya'll tend to look at every single little thing that doesn't go your way as a situation that just must be racism/discrimination. It simply can't be anything else."
Both are too broadbrush of statements. Denying that racism exists on one hand, is as bad as trying to find the slightest hints of racism in every single life occurance on the other hand.

Eh... I can admit to a bit of emotionality and some generalizations on my part with that post.
These guys are fighting for equality and an end to discrimination in their workplace, which has far-reaching implications for myself and future generations. And the overall tone of his post seemed to demean their plight.
