Bio-fuels?

It seems like alot of airlines are jumping on the bio-fuels band wagon and performing regular flights with this fuel in at least one tank. Other than the obvious publicity and enviromental benefits the airlines are trying to bank on this what are the other benefits from this stuff? Is it really that much less $ than straight Jet-A?

Has anyone here had the opportunity to dispatch a flight flying with bio-fuels on board? Any special procedures or differences?

According to that article, bio-fuels are six times more expensive than their normal cost.

Interesting.... Pretty much furthers my point that it's an airline marketing thing but maybe long term the cost to produce it could come down.
