I've seen this exact same profile kill single pilot operators in the past. There was a really bad one at CRQ. Really confusing how all this can happen.

Yet another example of the fact that no pilot is immune from mistakes which seem egregious at zero knots and 0' AGL, regardless of training or experience.

Or, in JC parlance, "it can't happen to me -- I'm too professional."
