Best traveling credit card?

Centurion at Seatac has been garbage lately. Line out the door all day every day. Delta lounge is magical though. I think many of the other centurions have been more gentlepeoplely though. Off topic of cards, but has anyone done Alaska+ lounge membership, and is it worth it? Sounds like you get the Admiral's clubs too, in addition to the company lounges (which are admittedly pretty specific to west coast travel)

SEA is garbage ever since they shut Sbarros down.

:(

The Centurion lounged always seem to be packed these days. They also don't let you in after a flight anymore. You have to have a confirmed seat and be within 3 hours of departure too. No more jumpseat tickets or non-rev standby are allowed.

Same. I got decently good at Concur after I decided I would stop asking this one poor woman do it for me every time (and that was like once a month, every month for a while) :)

I
Priority Pass has been a huge letdown so far. I think most lounges have been inundated with the travel rebound as I've been denied entry to multiple lounges due to capacity. KLM lounge at IAH told me they've just stopped accepting Priority Pass guests entirely, even though it's still on the PP website. At least with the Platinum you can always visit a Centurion lounge, which are typically very nice.

The Priority Pass restaurant restaurant voucher, however, is actually pretty incredible if you frequent an airport with a participating restaurant. It's a $28 daily credit so you can pretty much eat for free (and usually pretty good food for an airport). The only downside is the AMEX Platinum does not include the restaurant voucher, just Priority Pass lounge access, so you'd have to get the Chase Sapphire Reserve for that.
was really let down twice this week by priority pass. Once in Denver where I couldn’t get to the restaurant due to construction. And second in Toronto. Only PP partnered lounges we’re in terminal 3. Security wouldn’t allow
Me to access terminal 3 since my flight was departing from terminal 1.

Concur is the app for expenses at my shop. It’s easy, reliable, and honestly, simply wonderful.

It works, I used it for a while. My only advice is to take that picture when the the receipt is still on the counter or the table, then if you get thrown in the pool you won't care if the receipt was in your pocket, and of course never stand near water with your phone in your pocket, although that advice might be more for the sort of people I like to associate with.

And if anyone has done DTS prior to Concur, yeah, Concur is going to rock.

Yep, this. Same for business expense cards compared to govt Citi, at least in terms of the timeline of reimbursement. I wonder how many a service member's personal credit has been damaged by a lazy admin department not making the system pay out. I know it has nearly gone to collections for me (I paid it with my personal money at that point) before, and I'm pretty quick with my DTS vouchers.

Concur is only as good as how it is configured and how fast those reports are processed and paid out by the company.

When I was in corporate Concur was awesome, fast and easy to use. The company processed payments quickly most times.

In the airline I am not a fan of how it is configured.
