Rumor is that they just went bankrupt and the planes were repo'd yesterday.

That was the main competition driving ATP's price down in Arlington, so I wouldn't expect the ALLATPS $1295 price to stick around much longer now.

Yeah I heard they got all but one repo'd but still have to leave the airport soon. Guess we will see. They were $1395 for old beat up Travelairs. ATP is $1295 for brand new Seminoles. Kind of an easy thought process in my mind.
 
Cheapest place to do your MEL training has its place- say you have a definate job offer but you need your MEL for the job. Otherwise I'd go with something local if available. No, I'm not a big "Go Local" guy. But if you want to work in the field and want a job in your local area, guess who is going to help you get the job? Your CFI/MEI and the DE who gives you your check ride.
 
Well if they did go out of business ATP won't have a reason to keep that $1295 special and the price will hop back up... sounds like a wal-mart tactic...
 
that auction was a joke didn't even auction half of what was pictured... oh well I guess they're still in business just downsized they only sold one twin. I'd still pick them over atp.
