Most standard run-of-the-mill log books will do just fine. You'll eventually find that the nice 'master' logs (or pro-pilot logs) are a bit too cumbersome (yes, I do have one) for everyday use and all the neat extra columns are wasted space. Have fun with it though!
I have a blue jepp logbook, which I guess is a popular one for flight training. I use that for all of my flight training and will buy a professional one when I get a better flying gig.
