Best IFR Prep online

Hey everyone,

I've been out of the CFII scene for 10 years. I need to do some IFR technical prep, whats the best way to go about studying IFR stuff? The last time I was studying this stuff, it wasn't offered online. Things like approach plates and enroute charts. Thanks

I like Sporty's Study Buddy and ASA's Prepware. Both have iPad apps. I had a minor issue with ASA and they handled it very well so I like to suggest their products, but the Study Buddy apps are also good.

See what Dauntless Software has to offer; I used their Ipad app for the ATP test prep. Best part is, my purchase from three years ago is still valid for downloading the current test question banks (now that I have to retake the ATP written).

With respect to studying approach charts... unfortunately, the Instrument Procedures Handbook may be your most comprehensive bet, especially at the CFII level. Just don't read it anywhere you can't fall asleep.
