Be Careful Ground Ops!

To our friends in ground ops, this video goes to show how nasty mother nature can be. Classic example of how the bad weather appears to be in the distance yet the tail of the plane gets struck with people around. Please be careful.

I think that was the discharge location.
Entirely possible.

The -145 has a static wick on the nose wheel. The purpose isn't to discharge to ground (it's just another static wick), but since it can drag on the ground, mayhaps that was the path of least resistance. (assuming the -195 is similarly endowed)
