Bay Area Cessna 206 Pilots Wanted

My flight instructor works there. He walked my resume in. Got a call from the CP he said his insurance required them to hire pilots with 500 pic.

got an interview several months ago then they never got back to me...would only consider this if I could live where I want (like Air Associates does, or at least some of them)

maybe i'll throw my resume back in, heard you don't fly that much though...heard you only get around 20-30 hrs a month b/c its 2-man-crew. (im flying 100/ month right now at my current job)

I have all their requirements X2 but would only take it if i didn't have to live in san jose

Stomp...isn't this the same as Air Associates (kinda like a sister company) either way heard its a solid company to work for!

Maybe it isn't a lot of flight time, but with the schedule they are giving you it doesn't really sound like just a time builder job either..

We are sister companies. We work very closely with each other and the pictures end up going to the same contractor. The hours are a bit less because we do operate with 2 man crews. Aperture is top notch and the contractor we provide pictures for is an outstanding company as well.

That it is not. If you're looking to timebuild with this job, be prepared to be doing so for several years. QOL is quite good, so it's a fine place to stick around for a while, but don't come in expecting to get a quick 750-1000 hours for 135 or ATP and be gone within twelve months. Not going to happen.

I had mind walked in a month ago still nothing.

After submitting my original app in July I got a prompt notice of receipt but nothing since. With the renewed posting and having heard nothing I was hoping my original was not discarded and my 1700 plus ATP would make me competetive.

I also sent an e-mail to Aperture's CP, but I hope that you are right. Increased odds are always better. Crossing fingers ...

Dang, I'm pretty close to this but only am at 350TT. Sigh, oh well.

Good luck to those that apply!!

Have no idea whats up with this company. Had my resume walked-in & I emailed it,spoke to the chief pilot,oh and i've more than the min.I'm always told we'll look at your resume along with the other.4 month now.Called today samething. For a company that claim to need pilots they sure are doing a poor job at recruiting.

...It's probably because they receive more than enough qualified applicants to choose from in the pool of resumes. I don't think they are doing a "poor job at recruiting."
