MB?VWAG? Not sure what AG is. I towed with VWAM last year for 1 season before I move to OP in SEP.

I'm waiting for one of the VWAG pilots to turn into Capt. Ahab...would be fun to watch.
I was a part of VWAM for a few years and know a lot of people there. I know of at least one good friend who transferred over to VWAG. Good guy and great pilot. He runs a tight crew, knows what he wants and how he wants things done. He expects his crew to do their job. I'm just waiting for someone to give him a pirate hat...or Napoleon hat. Would make for a good comedy on TV.

I make no comment but CessnaDriver kinda threw an unhappy wrench into the comical side of all my comments. There are various changes that need to be made throughout the company. Great place to work for but there are some changes that could be made to make it work more efficiently and improve the GoL for some of the pilots. Apophis, I cannot affirm or deny A.M....but if it is the person who I think it is, the guy is a badass that will go far with his profession and anyone that learns underneath him. A solid person to listen to and learn from...that person needs no defense but I would go to the ends of the world to defend him (as long as I could bitch at him at the end of the day).
Pay isnt great to start but that all depends on experience. As for the mins insurance likes to see as much tailwheel as possible. Could be lowered if you have banner experience or ag flying etc. The company website is www.aviad.com
Partenavia pilots need not apply.
Im looking to hire a handful of part time pilots for banner towing around the Southern California area. Previous banner experience is not required but is helpful. Work is mainly on the weekends but there are some weekday tows every now and then. The job would be part time to start and could work into a full time position in a short time. Minimum requirements would be Commercial, tailwheel endorsed with at least 400tt and 200 tailwheel. Total time is flexible if you have a good amount of tailwheel experience to make up for it. Aircraft flown are all Christen A-1 Huskies in good shape.
