What did you mean by "they said they don't recommend and doing so will not help me they said"? What were they referring to? Help you with what?
 
Thanks for explaining the confusion, I understand it now. When they said it wouldn't help me, that was in regards to obtaining a copy of my records. They were telling me I could "demand" my records but it wouldn't help me actually get my records. Confusing I know.
 
What? You can't get your records... now I'm confused. You should not have to demand your records. It should be, I would like all my records sent to XYZ address, okay, it will cost Z amount, okay here is my credit card number, thank you. Oh, I would also like to get your private polices statement on what can be released to 3rd parties, okay, I can email that to you. Thanks.
 
SFLAX, I completely agree. I promise I'm not a "troll", that was seriously the response I got when I tried to request my records with the school..
 
You have any lawyer friends or your parents? You need to get some answers, I know your young. But pay a lawyer for 2 hours of time, explain what you need or want. They tell you they can't help because they don't see money.
