There is a story about a turbocharged light twin that crashed years ago up at KGCN because he lost a turbo and that took so much power away that he thought he lost the engine, so he secured it. He lived to tell the story but the airplane didn't (I think, anyone remember that one). I'm sure the mechanics take good care of the turbo's at GCA.
The 182 would be the "two people want to go on a tour" airplane. It should be fine. We used a 172 for that out of Boulder City.
